Types of plastic film

PVA coated high barrier film: PVA added with nano inorganic substances is coated on polyethylene film and then printed and compounded. It can be used for packaging beverages, milk, soy sauce and vinegar. Biaxially stretched polypropylene film: it is made by CO extruding polypropylene particles to form a sheet, and then stretching in both vertical and horizontal directions. It is the most widely used printing film at present.

Low density polyethylene film: generally made by blow molding and tape casting. The thickness of cast polyethylene film is uniform, but it is widely used because of its high price and low cost.

Polyester film: polyethylene terephthalate is used as raw material, which is extruded into thick sheets, and then made by biaxial stretching. It is one of the commonly used barrier composite film substrates.

Nylon film: a very tough film with good transparency, good gloss, high tensile strength and tensile strength, good heat resistance, cold resistance, oil resistance and organic solvent resistance, excellent wear resistance and puncture resistance.

Cast polypropylene film: polypropylene film produced by casting process can be divided into ordinary CPP and cooking CPP. It has excellent transparency, uniform thickness and uniform longitudinal and transverse performance. It is generally used as the inner layer material of composite film.

Aluminized film: mainly polyester aluminized film and CPP aluminized film. Aluminized film has the characteristics of both plastic film and metal.

Application of plastic film

PVA coated high barrier plastic film: it can be used for packaging beverages, fruit juice, milk, soy sauce, vinegar, etc.

Biaxially oriented polypropylene film: widely used in printing field.

Low density polyethylene film: it is often used as the inner film of composite flexible packaging materials.

Polyester film: one of the commonly used barrier composite film substrates.

Nylon film: suitable for packaging hard goods, such as greasy food, meat products, fried food, vacuum packaged food, etc.

Cast polypropylene film: this material is generally used in gift bags. Aluminized film: widely used in composite packaging.
